Duration: One full-day catalyst session (6–8 hours) + three 2-hour follow-ups

This hands-on experience is designed to be a catalyst event for high-performing, mission-focused teams. It helps participants understand how culture is shaped through everyday behaviors and dynamics — and how to intentionally evolve it.

Teams will surface what’s getting in the way, align on their current state, and co-create a 90-day roadmap with safe-to-try experiments tailored to their needs.
